The person behind the camera generally hates the spotlight but here goes. I've owned and operated my photography business in Denver for almost 20 years, but have had a camera on me my whole life. I've also taught elementary age children the majority of my life, either my own classroom and in later years assisting when the photography took most of my time. Working with kids is second nature to me, and it's my favorite part of the business. As much as I believe you have to have a gift to capture once in a lifetime moments, I also believe in being a stand up business owner.
